Open Paper in the toolbar and choose Cover and submission PDF to fill in a cover page and save the PDF.
What goes on a cover page
Most assignment covers carry the title, course, instructor, department, student ID, name and date. Follow your course if it asks for something else; empty fields are left off.

Write the paper in the editor and the same details print as a cover in front of the text, in one PDF.
