More universities ask students to state whether and how far they used AI. Wording varies, but most want the tool and version, the date, the purpose, the chat transcript or a share link, and what you did yourself.

Say in your own words what you took from the AI, what you changed and how you reached your conclusion. That part is the point of the statement.
